Théâtre Antoine-Simone Berriau was constructed in the 10th arrondissement of Paris in 1866 as Théâtre des Menus-Plaisirs. Through the years these hallowed walls have hosted plays by many greats of modern theater: Sartre, Courteline, Corneille, and Duras among others. Today Théâtre Antoine hosts a variety of critically acclaimed productions, focusing on contemporary drama and comedy.
