In a round bamboo hut in the bursting greens of Kariwaki village, Chef Cynthia Clovis dishes out organic food made with herbs and vegetables hand-picked from her own garden. Even the ice cream is home made. That is reason enough to dine in this romantic, candlelit, in-love-with-nature joint at the Kariwak Village Holistic Haven and Hotel. The open air restaurant complete with thatched roofs, tiled floors and coral stone walls lives up to its image, together with its Caribbean and Creole cuisine. Friday and Saturday night is the time to be there with buffets on offer and live jazz and calypso for company.
