Constructed between 1998 and 2000, the ZAG-Arena, also known as the TUI Arena, is one of the largest indoor stadiums in the city. It is home to the Hanover Scorpions and Hanover Indians ice hockey teams, as well as the TSV Hannover-Burgdorf handball team. In addition to being a sports venue, the TUI Arena is also a major concert venue in Hanover, having hosted artists and bands such as the Backstreet Boys, the Scorpions, and Depeche Mode.
