Opened in 1950, UW–Milwaukee Panther Arena is among the most storied arenas of the region. Despite the several name changes and renovations, its fan-following has only grown, making it a popular spot in town for sporting events. The turf of the Milwaukee Wave, Milwaukee Admirals,, Milwaukee Panthers and Brewcity Bruisers, the variety of matches it offers seems to be incomparable in the area.
