Known as The Quicken Loans Arena until 2019 and the Gund Arena until 2005, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse opened in 1995. It is home to the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association and the Cleveland Monsters of the American Hockey League. The Arena seats nearly 20,000, depending on the event. Situated in the Gateway Sports and Entertainment Complex downtown, it is surrounded by parking, hotels, and restaurants. In addition to the Cavaliers, the arena hosts many of the major concerts in Cleveland, as well as professional wrestling and ice skating.
