This is a charming brick and stone building built in 1880s and has many original arts and crafts fixtures and fittings. An Anglo-Catholic church, its tower was unfinished until the 1930s when a parishioner insisted on paying for its completion. The architect was John Pearson, who had just finished work on Truro Cathedral, explaining why this building has something of the feel of a small cathedral about it.
