Situated in a quiet fishing village, this novel place is owned and operated by the family of late director, Perry Henzell, of the Jamaican movie, The Harder They Come. It started as a restaurant in 1993, and has expanded from there to appeal to those artistically inclined. Cottages are all pastel colored and decorated with a mix of Jamaican, Mexican and European styles; each has pieces of local art and antiques. For those who hanker to get away from it all, some of the sea view rooms do not have phones, air-conditioners or televisions. A stone's throw from the waters, guests can stroll along the beach, play in the sea or bask in the sun in total privacy. The restaurant prepares delicious local fare.
