On the first floor of the Ancienne Belgique, the temple for pop and culture near Bourse, you'll find a great cafe, which is unfortunately only open during shows. They recently opened a "normal" bar on the ground floor. Though it isn't exactly swinging during opening hours, there's still the youthful crowd, beautiful post-modern interior and decent food. Even if all the concerts are sold out, you'll at least have been to the AB.
