Just a few miles south of Cork is Timoleague, a small town that got its name from the Irish words 'Tigh Molaga' which when translated means 'House of Molaga'. Saint Molaga was supposed to have got bee keeping and honey making here and this industry lives on till date. The town primarily survives on agriculture and tourism based revenue.
