A historical baseball park in Fairbanks, the venue has hosted Alaska Baseball League's Alaska Goldpanners since the 20th century. Some of the most famed players like Tom Seaver, Bob Boone, Barry Bonds, and Terry Francona have showcased their exuberant talents in this field. Featuring a significant number of box seats, this park can accommodate 3500 spectators at one time. The park features artificial turf and a fresh grass outfield. Built as a memorial to the late James Growden who met an unfortunate death in 1964, the park remains renowned to date.
