Abington Park Museum, situated inside the popular Abington Park, provides visitors a glimpse into the history of Northampton. Housed in a historic manor house, it served as a home to Shakespeare's daughter and was later converted into a quaint museum after her death. It is dedicated to educating the visitors about the past history and local community and also provides an insight into the Northamptonshire Regiment. It also lists out a detailed account of the flourishing leather industry in the earlier times. The museum exhibits an extensive collection of interesting artifacts and memorabilia that the visitors can browse through leisurely.
