Originally a mill, it was run as an inn and a cabaret by Berti Well and his family until he sold it in 2012. Continuing the tradition the current owners, the Tesch family have a cabaret in winter months and in summer a beer garden. The mill is used as a venue for weddings and other family events. In summer it is an ideal place for a family with lots of shady trees and open spaces for children. It is also an alpaca farm and a shop in the premises sells alpaca wool products.
