The Parkway Theater is a cinema house located befittingly in Baltimore's Station North Arts and Entertainment District. It is also known as the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Parkway. The theater has three screens, a two-tiered auditorium with 414 seats, two theaters with 84 seats each, a bar lounge, a café and a popcorn space. It is now the home of the Maryland Film Festival, held every year in May. Additionally, it will screen the festival's program that includes documentary, indie, cult, classic, and international films. The theater will also host seminars for film students from John Hopkins and MICA.
