The Armory was once a facility for the Minnesota National Guard from the year 1935 - 1936. It was used for a number of local events and shows, it was also used as a set up for the music videos of two famous artists Prince and Aerosmith. Later in the year 2015, the structure was purchased by a local development firm and has been converted into a concert venue. It was listed on the U.S National Register of Historic Places in the year 1985. Its central location makes it a convenient destination for locals and visitors alike, whether attending a concert, a sporting event, or a private function.
