The Old Faithful Inn, established in 1904, holds the title of being one of the the largest log hotels in the country. The lobby is a multistory log structure with a stone fireplace. The interiors evoke a rustic vibe, with dim lights and rich wooden architecture. There are different styles of guestrooms such as the 'Old House’ rooms, 'Garden View' rooms and 'Dungeon Room'. On the inn's site one can find a number of places to relax - from the dining room to the lounge area. The Inn organizes a number of tours in the area, where one can see wild animals or go fishing in the Firehole river. The Inn only functions between the months from May to October.
