The stylish Philharmonic Hall is an exceptional example of art deco design. The Grade II listed building, located between the two cathedrals and close to the Philharmonic Dining Rooms, is the city's main classical and contemporary music venue. The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra season commences each September, with a diverse range of outstanding concerts from the orchestra and visiting performers. A selection of films, including all the old favorites can be seen on the 1930s style cinema screen.
