Balázs Havasi taught himself how to play the piano at the age of four. Born and raised in Hungary, Havasi distinguished himself as an innovative talent and at age 21 he went on to study at the prestigious Franz Liszt Academy of Music. After being tutored by some of the more prominent composers of the modern classical music world, including Sandor Falvai and Jeno Jando, Havasi would go on to distinguish himself as a preeminent talents by composing a number of varied and slightly avant garde music projects. Having composed for symphony orchestras, piano concertos and even rock drum, Havasi has proven himself as one of the more diverse and experimental classical musicians of his generation.
