Singer/songwriter René Froger sings in both his native Dutch and English. With the musical duo Jan & Mien as parents, Froger started singing in his dad's bar at an early age. His career took off in 1979 when he released "Alles Kan Een Mens Gelukkig Maken." Soon after he realized his long-cherished dream to produce an album in English. He subsequently found huge success in the 1990s with songs like "For A Date With You," "Just Say Hello" and "Crazy Way About You." Froger founded the supergroup known as The Toppers in the early 2000s, along with famous Dutch singers Gerard Joling and Gordon, and in a later version Jeroen van der Boom.
