Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons is a iconic pop/rock group from New Jersey. Since 1960, the legend Frankie Valli has led the band, sometimes referred to as simply The Four Seasons and previously called The Four Lovers, with his classically smooth voice. The group has seen musicians and singers come and go, but the core of it remains strong with Valli and Bob Gaudio, the original keyboardist of The Four Lovers. Although Gaudio no longer plays live shows with the band, he has been Valli's partner in the Four Seasons Partnership, an organization that deals with the business side of assets and record catalogs, since its inception in 1960. Following the release of its first album Sherry & 11 Others, which featured the hit songs "Big Girls Don't Cry" and "Walk Like a Man," the group could only be rivaled by the Beach Boys in US record sales. One of the best-selling groups of all time, Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons is truly a timeless group whose songs have lasted the test of time. The band's 1967 single, "Can't Take My Eyes Off You," has been covered by hundreds of artists and has made lasting effects on pop culture through film. Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990 and continues to bring the romance of the 1960s to future decades.
