Pole Dance & Erotic Movement Class:

claim your body, claim your birthright

YOU are welcome as you are.

ALL bodies, All genders, All orientations, All ages welcome.

You don't have to be skinny or feminine or young or strong or anything else to have fun and feel sexy. No experience needed! If you ever thought pole dancing looked fun, here's your chance.

We focus on improvisation, personal expression, building confidence, and intentionality. Bring your questions, goals, concerns, curiosity, and desires.

This is a body positive, sex-positive, safe, welcoming, environment.

This class is **Limited to 12 students** to ensure personal attention, space, and time.

Multiple levels easily accommodated. Whether you're brand new or a working performer, I promise a good time and learn you'll something valuable.

OUTLINE:

7:30 - doors open

7:40 - welcome + introductions

warm up flow

floorwork

bathroom/water break

pole practice

9:45pm class ends

optional free dance/practice time (please bring additional $5 - 15 cash donation)

WEAR: layers that move with you, and make you feel sexy. More for warm ups, less for pole time. Many pole moves require upper thighs to be bare. Booty shorts, boykini bottoms, wrestling shorts, etc. are all good choices. Be prepared to dance barefoot.

OPTIONAL: knee-pads, high heels. (If you're interested in learning to dance in high heels, you are welcome to bring high heels WITH ANKLE STRAPS. If your heels have ever been worn outside, you must clean the soles with soap and water before arrival.)

**DO NOT apply lotion/oil/body butter/glitter spray/etc to any part of your body the day of class!!! Sounds silly but this is very important!!! Oil or lotion transfers easily to the pole and impairs everyone's safety and enjoyment of class, even if applied many hours earlier.**

If you have questions, including inquires about work trade and sliding scale options, please email alexandria@clickyourheelsevents.com or facebook/instagram DM Click Your Heels Movement
