Head to Pier 39 this Independence Day for a day filled with live music, fun activities for the whole family and, of course, the traditional fireworks show set to start later at night. Fireworks are set off from barges by Pier 39 and by Municipal Pier. For spectacular views of the show try heading to any Fisherman's Warf, Aquatic Park, Ghirardelli Square, Coit Tower or any waterfront spot you can manage to snag.
