Kodak Black

Kodak Black is a rapper from Pompano Beach, Florida. Building his vocabulary at a young age, he would spend hours pouring over thesauruses and dictionaries. Beginning his music career in 2009 at age 12 with the hip-hop group Brutal Youngnz, Kodak Black would go on to maintain an active yet peripheral role in the Florida rap scene before releasing his debut mixtape, Project Baby, in 2013. Since then Kodak Black has built a reputation for his characteristic raps as well as his legal troubles that include robbery, drug possession false imprisonment of a child and sexual assault.
