Reggie Watts is a comedian and musician based in Brooklyn, New York whose act is considered particularly unique for deftly combining his surreal, stream of consciousness brand of comedy with his off-the-cuff style of music improvisation. Watts spent the 1990s and the early 2000s building a name for himself in Seattle, Washington, where his abilities in music composition as well as improv comedy made him an especially valuable contributor to various bands and artistic venues throughout the city. Since 2002, Watts has been pursuing a celebrated solo career as a musician and a stand-up comedian, ultimately relocating his base of operations to New York where his work has taken on a life of its own, making him one of the city's more admired multi-talented comedians on the scene today.
