Sacramento-based singer/songwriter Terra Lopez started making music under the Sister Crayon moniker in 2007 as a sort of cathartic means to release her emotive folk-tinged indie pop music. Over the years, Lopez started inviting musicians to collaborate with her and soon with the talents of Dani Fernandez Sister Crayon released it debut LP, Bellow, in 2011, which has helped solidify the group's reputation as one of the more interesting and memorable bands to emerge out of Sacramento in recent memory. In 2016 Sister rayon changed its name to Rituals of Mine.
