Italian crooner Semino Rossi has traveled a long road to become one of Central Europe's leading voices. He was born and raised in Argentina until he decided to move to Austria when he was in his 20s to become a hotel lounge singer. He traveled around Europe for a while with different outfits for the next decade, not really having much success. But these years of traveling and performing helped hone Rossi's voice and stage presence. In the early aughts he started participating in vocal competitions and in 2001 he won a prestigious competition in Japan that helped land him a recording contract and solidify his reputation as one of the world's smoothest voices.
