Intended Audience

This course is intended for clinical physicians, allied health professionals, nurse practitioners, health system Board of Directors, and administrative professionals.

Credit

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.

The Elkhart General Hospital is accredited by the Indiana State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

2017 Beacon Health System CME Winter Symposium will be held at Park City Mountain Resort in Park City, Utah from Wednesday, January 11, 2017 thru Saturday, January 14, 2017.

Attending participant registration fee is $750. Guest of participant registration fee is $250. All paid activities are intended for guests over the age of 21. Registration fees include:

13 CME classes and credits (participant only)

Three breakfasts

Two dinners
