*Saturday Afternoon: Group Activity + Discussion
Book Club Members will get together for another fun and engaging activity (details TBA- but think: cooking class, maybe a wine + cheese pairing and/or local tour- something along those lines), as we reflect on the previous night's events and share our thoughts on the Book Lover's Retreat
3-Book Bundle, which we will have all read prior to the event. (*3 books to read prior to retreat are: Her Last Flight by Beatriz Williams, Finding Mrs. Ford by Deborah Goodrich Royce and The Seven or Eight Deaths of Stella Fortuna, by Juliet Grames- all of which will be signed
in-person by the authors).
*Saturday Evening: Lavish Lobster Dinner With Finding Mrs. Ford Author, Deborah Goodrich Royce
In 2019, Watch Hill resident (and one of the beautiful brains behind the famed 2010 Ocean House restoration), Deborah Goodrich Royce wowed the world with her debut novel, Finding Mrs. Ford- a captivating and suspenseful tale that takes place in this particular Ocean State coastal community. Deborah will be joining us for a lavish New England Lobster Boil dinner (non-seafood enthusiasts need not worry- there will be plenty of options for food-lovers of every kind)! and discussing her first novel as well as her follow-up book, Ruby Falls- due out in May 2021. Attendees will also receive a pre-order copy of Ruby Falls, which Deborah will sign for us on site!

*Champagne Brunch with Juliet Grames:
The fun isn't over yet! Late Sunday morning, we will regroup and enjoy a sumptuous book club brunch featuring a vast array of both breakfast + lunch delicacies as well as a Champagne, Mimosa + Bellini Bar!
Rhode Island-based author, Juliet Grames will discuss her wildly successful novel, The Seven or Eight Deaths of Stella Fortuna, which has proven to be a book club favorite internationally, and is published in both English and Italian. Attendees will have the opportunity to have their questions answered by Juliet, and have their books signed and personalized as well.
