Mom are often so busy that they neglect their own well being. They need to be more mindful to just slow things down and enjoy focusing on their own mental health.
Please come out, come dress comfortably to enjoy a wellness walk outdoors to engage with other moms.
Create new friendships in open spaces parks. Invest a Saturday afternoon preserving your own well being, your mental wellness does matter.
Please bring another mom along to spend the day with us.
