#Class Details

Vinyasa Yoga combines breath and movement to cleanse and recharge the body while providing an energizing opportunity to re-connect to Nature in the city. Enjoy a rejuvenating practice, unlock the tension in your body and relieve stress while building core strength with a mindful focus. Each class ends with final relaxation and meditation.

The classes can embrace any fitness level and experience, and can be customized to address specific needs and requests. They are meant to establish the foundation of the yoga practice: they could involve more advance postures like back bending, arm balances, and inversions, or they could be very gentle and restorative. In general you can always expect an emphasis on breathing and healthy pose alignment, but we are happy to accommodate any special request!

#Note
- Bring a mat or towel, water and something warm for final relaxation
- Yoga is best practiced with an empty stomach and bare feet
- Props aren’t necessary but feel free to bring any that you like to use.
- Bathrooms available

# Covid safety
- No mat rental: everyone has to bring their own yoga mat/ towel, or practice directly on the grass
- The positioning of yoga mats should respect social distancing of 6 feet
- There will be no hands on adjustments, only vocal cues
- Masks are not required during class as long as the social distancing is respected. We recommend the use of masks before and after class.
