Join us for a morning hike through Prospect Park. We will begin with a mindful breathing exercise to ground us in the present moment followed by a hike through the park, pausing halfway for a 15 minute session of nature journaling where participants will sketch, doodle, and/or write about the surrounding natural environment. Materials will be provided but, feel free to bring your personal sketchbook or journal.
