Canadian jazz-pop vocalist Matt Dusk released a good deal of his charming R&B inflected material on various free mp3 websites before grabbing the attention of reality show producer Mark Burnett, who asked Dusk to perform as resident entertainer at the Golden Nugget Casino in Las Vegas during the filming of The Casino. This garnered Dusk a record deal with Universal and multiple popular ensuing albums. Dusk has gained an impressive amount of acclaim in Japan and his albums have gone gold in the United States.
