Chris Renzema is a singer-songwriter from Grand Rapids, MI. Growing up in a religious family, he took to music as a means of expressing his faith. His music was influenced by the '70s decade, contemporary music and by the likes of John Mark McMillan and Wilco. He began playing at his church and after graduating from high school, he took time off to work on his craft. His debut EP Age to Age was released in 2014 following which he shifted base to Nashville. His breakthrough came in 2018 with his first studio album, I'll Be the Branches, which created ripples on streaming platforms. His second album Let The Ground Rest dropped in 2020. Some of Renzema's most popular tracks include "Springtime," "I Don't Wanna Go," "How to be Yours," "Adonai," "Better" and "God Be."
