Aldous Harding is a folk singer from Lyttelton, New Zealand. Blending dark pop elements into her mostly-acoustic songscapes, she released her self-titled debut LP in 2014. After various collaborations with musicians like Marlon Williams and John Parish and breakthrough songs like "Stop Your Tears,"Harding honed in on her own sonic aesthetic, which she describes as gothic folk. in 2017, she captured the attention of 4AD records who released her sophomore studio album, Party.
