After leaving the Franco-Lebanese punk group The New Government, French singer/songwriter Timothee Regnier decided to pursue a solo career that focused on pensive and emotive music. Adopting the moniker Rover, Regnier hit the studio and recorded his 2012 epynomously-titled debut album. The LP is a well rounded effort that is able to capture Regnier's innate ability to write memorable songs that capture the oftentimes difficult to communicate struggle of good and evil that every person fights on a daily basis.
