Louisville Orchestra

The legacy of this orchestra began with its first performance in 1937. Throughtout the multi-decade spanning career of this orchestra, it was helmed by extremely talented music directors and a troupe of musicians of equal caliber. Every year, this orchestra produces an assortment of concerts, ranging from classical and educational to pop. Although this is the primary orchestra of Louisville, it has performed at many popular venues outside Kentucky. Louisville Orchestra has collaborated with many established artists and is also the resident band for the prestigious Louisville Ballet.
