Outfest is the oldest continuous film festival in Southern California. It was founded in 1982 and offers year-round screenings, parties, and several affiliated festivals. This non profit organization is committed to preserving the LGBT film heritage, and showcasing, nurturing and protecting lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender images and artistry in film.
