Paul Jones is a multi-talented singer, actor, and television/radio personality from Portsmouth, England who got his start as the lead vocalist and harmonica player for the popular 1960s group Manfred Mann. Despite embarking on a less-than successful career as a solo artist in 1966, Jones turned to acting and would stick with the profession throughout much of the 1970s. Jones' career reached its peak in the 1990s when he became a familiar face and voice on British television and radio, and he has since used his considerable bump in exposure to revive his career as a musician--a career that is looking much brighter these days than it did after his departure from Manfred Mann.
