Frequently Asked Questions:

What are your health and safety procedures for this event?

Indianapolis Ballet has been working extensively with our partners at Newfields to ensure that COVID-19 industry standards are met throughout the duration of your theatre experience. The biggest difference you will notice is the seating chart, which currently supports 30% audience capacity. For more information, please visit indyballet.org/grace.

I can't find available seats, or enough seats together, what do I do?

Our current seating chart is optimized for social distancing. "Pods" of 1 or 2 seats are currently available to purchase directly online. We do have a limited number of pods of 3 or 4 seats available - to purchase, please email Office Coordinator Rachel Dees at rdees@indyballet.org or call 317-955-7525.

How do I purchase a pod of 3 or 4 seats?

Please email Office Coordinator Rachel Dees at rdees@indyballet.org or call 317-955-7525.

I purchased a ticket, but I'm not feeling well enough to attend. Can I get a refund?

The health and safety of our audience is our top priority, and we understand the uncertainty of this past year. As such, Indianapolis Ballet is staying flexible about our refund policy and can offer two options:

1) In this time of great financial strain on our organization, we humbly ask you to consider "donating" the cost of your tickets in lieu of a refund. In return, we will be happy to issue you access to our digital performance at no cost, so you don't miss a moment of the magic.

2) Indianapolis Ballet will issue a refund for Eventbrite credit to be used for future IB performances.

Contact jkriscunas@indyballet.org for arrangements.
