Halloween, though not a public holiday, is nevertheless a very popular celebration in the United States. Held on the last day of October, many homes decorate their yards with carved pumpkins and depictions of skeletons, witches, and the like. Children dress up in costumes and knock on neighbors' doors or visit local businesses in the hopes of receiving free candy. Adults often attend costume parties in the evening. Seasonal attractions such as haunted houses and pumpkin patches are popular in the weeks leading up to Halloween.
While we do our best to ensure the accuracy of our listings, events may be postponed or cancelled without notice. Please confirm with the organizer before making any plans.
