Adapted from the 1952 film, Singin' in the Rain is a musical set in Hollywood during the end of the silent film era. Silent film star Don Lockwood and his leading lady Lina Lamont are making a rocky transition into talkies since Lina's voice is less-than-desirable for a speaking role. They solve the problem by recruiting aspiring actress Kathy Selden to provide a voice for her, but when a romance strikes up between Kathy and Don, Lina is overcome with jealousy. This memorable story comes to life on stage with classic songs and choreography.
