Come join us for natter and a gentle stroll around Markeaton Park on Friday mornings every Fortnight.

Derbyshire Mind's MindSpace meet-up is a great opportunity for us to get together, get some fresh air, meet some new people, and have chat in a friendly and inclusive group.

Jenny from our Community Services team will be leading the meet up, who lots of you may know from our other Enjoying Derbyshire groups that have been taking place recently.

The group meets every other Friday at Markeaton Park, meeting at the Model Railway building by the main Car Park at 9.30am. From there we take a gentle wander around the park, before heading back to the Car Park for 10.30/11am. We sometimes even stop for a coffee at the Orangery Café if the group fancies it!

As with all Enjoying Derbyshire activities this group is intended in particular for local adults experiencing feelings of low mental wellbeing such as low mood, stress, anxiety, bereavement, loneliness, and so on.

Please rest assured that our MindSpace meet-up is very relaxed and informal and not designed to be a formal walking group or anything too strenuous! We hope you will choose to join us for a friendly walk.
