Olson, born Oliver Groos, is a German singer and rapper. A native of Kaarst, he took to music at an early age and was introduced to hip-hop through Wu-Tang Clan's music. He started creating his own raps and released his demo tape Rudeboy under the stage name Olson Rough at the age of 22. After working with some of the most eminent artists in the industry, he decided to shift base to Berlin. He began work on his album with Philip Böllhoff and released Ballonherz in 2014 on Universal Music. He then embarked on a tour of German-speaking countries in support of the album. He has since released other works like Oh WOW and OG Playlist. His most popular works include "Lieblingssongs," "Familie," "Bleib OG," "LMD," "KSM" and "LA Lights."
