Lollapalooza was conceived as a farewell tour for the band Jane's Addiction, in 1991. Since then, it has steadily established itself as an institution. It has expanded across continents, with major cosmopolitan cities playing host. This two-day musical extravaganza sees performances by artists from various genres. Some of the biggest names in the industry like Lana Del Ray, The Weeknd, Lorde, Eminem and Bruno Mars have graced its stage in the past. Attendees also get access to refreshment stalls and craft booths.
