In 2001, his shock comedy sketch earned him the title of 'Prince of Cringe' from popular print magazines. His innovative, simple and charming style of comedy further propelled his career. Over the course of his career, he has performed at prestigious events like the New Zealand International Comedy Festival and the World Buskers Festival. He has also performed for eminent people like Helen Clark and the King of Tonga Geroge Tupou V.
