Formed in Claremont, CA in 2000, We Are Scientists makes a style of alternative-rock that has attracted a dedicated following while also being polarizing among critics. With playful and dance-worthy beats, the band has managed to create a unique brand of indie rock. We Are Scientists has released successful albums such as 2010's Barbara and 2014's TV en Francais.
