Louis Tomlins was born in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. He began his career as a contestant on the singing reality show, The X Factor. Tomlins run on the show came to an end pretty early, but he was later grouped with four other contestants. This was the point that changed the course of his life forever. His group was named One Direction, although it did not secure the first place on The X Factor, it went on to release multiple successful albums and amassed hundreds of awards and millions of fans worldwide. The band went on indefinite hiatus in 2016 and Tomlins embarked on his solo career with his debut track "Just Hold On." The track was released by his record label and held the top position on Billboard and UK singles chart. He continued this success with tracks like "Just Like You" and "Back to You."
