During his stint as principal singer/songwriter for the seminal English rock band Pink Floyd, Roger Waters crested the waves of success and became one of the more recognizable figures in 20th-century music. Though fractious band tensions boiled over to a tipping point and caused Waters to leave the group, the noted singer/songwriter/bassist still performs his Pink Floyd classics and even manages to interject aspects of his erstwhile band's characteristic knack for drama into his stage shows.
