British singer/songwriter, actor and rapper Costadinos Contostavlos is better known by his stage name Dappy. He rose to fame as one-third of the grime/hip-hop trio N-Dubz with his cousin Tulisa and long-time friend Frazer. The group named its 2008 debut album Uncle B in honor of its recently deceased manager, Dappy's father Byron. The death of his father would influenced his work with N-Dubz as well as his solo material. Dappy release his debut solo single "No Regrets" in 2008 to critical and industry acclaim, earning praise from renowned artists such as Queen guitarist Brian May.
