Our Spring Foraging Course will allow an insight into local seasonal wild foods available right here in Yorkshire!
We will be gathering wild herbs, flowers, picking edible fungi, and learning how to identify some of the wild ingredients that you pass every day. You will get some tips as to how your foraged ingredients can be used to create tasty treats, garnishes, preserves and drinks!
This one day foraging course includes some pre-prepared drinks and snacks based around foraged ingredients. (Please mention any special dietary requirements prior to attending).
