JIM-E-O is Nigerian-born hip-hop artist Enyinna Kalu Ogbaa, whose foray into New York's thriving underground hip-hop scene would almost instantaneously earn the young musician a claim to fame. However, following a particularly harsh period on the streets, the ambitious JIM-E-O made the move from the East Coast to Austin, Texas, where he decided to build his life back up from the ground up. Since making this transition, JIM-E-O eventually rose back up to the place he always wanted to be--working with other musicians like himself to create music that inspires and gives solutions to others.
